Long hockey filled weekend with lots of "standing" and walking. 6 games worth, actually! Hope you all had a good weekend.

Onward and Upward!
197.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
