getting there! the first week was rough but i am seeing the results and that makes it soooo worth it! today is casual day at work and just like every other friday i couldnt find jeans that fit me right but this time it was because my "fat" jeans felt loose on me! i know if i just keep up with this diet i will achieve my goal in no time. this weekend is the challenge though. last weekend i worked the whole time so i would have pre-planned breakfast/snack/lunch/snack and then just make dinner when i got home. but this weekend i am off (yay for no work!) i just know that i will wind up have people over to bbq and drink like every other beautiful weekend but this time i cant eat any of the "good" stuff or drink... everyone keep their fingers crossed for me that i make it through this weekend!!!!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sounds like you're doing great - if you end up BBQing this weekend, wear something that you feel really good in, and you'll be less likely to want to dig into the goodies that might derail your progress. Have a good time and Congratulationsa on an awesome first week!

Hey, BBQ's are a great time to eat awesome food on SBD! Grill yourself some lemon pepper chicken! Grill up some veggies! Make SBD coleslaw. Who need potato salad anyway. (Please tell me I'm not the only one that would eat the potatoes only out of it!) :) LOL, have fun. And if you must drink, only have 1.
