Bit of a gain, but I expected it simply because it was another "party weekend." I was running our bowling league's booth at the Pride festival for most of the weekend and didn't pack meals, plus we went to a barbeque so all bets were off. I decided to have a cheat weekend, so I had fun, ate some great food, hung out with my friends, and had an all-around good time. :)
197.2 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
