My sister an I have formed a pact. We meet every Saturday and Sunday to walk,chat,and watch recent episodes of ABC's Extreme Weightloss. We weigh in once a month. We have determined to get down to our ideal weight. We are not stressing. So far we are doing fine. For our 1st month I lost 10 pounds and she lost 12. We take pictures in 2 weeks and we weigh ourselves on 8/24.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
