it's taiwan here so dates and time are a little different. i didn't start the diet til today, and i ate poorly last night so i gained a little. not too nervous about it though b/c it seems like the gain will go away easily. hopefully, with the start of the south beach diet, i'll step over my plateau of 47.5...
btw, i noticed that i did the diet wrong!... ok.. not discouraged...
108.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

HI There, How much weight do you want to loose. You are only 108 lbs? What I wouldnt give to be anywhere near that!!!!!! I wish you all the support and encouragment you need, however, I think you might need to support your self esteem and body image first. To sounds like you will never be happy with yourself. My legs alone probably weigh more than you. haha :) But seriously, to be he healthiest person you can be, you need start healing your way of thinking first. Best of life to you.

i just want to lose like 4kgs.. so like 5-8lbs... just to reach my healthy diet. on my scale, i'm actually a little over on my fat percentage. anyway, thank you so much for the concern, i have healed mentally :)
