OK...I'm ready to challenge myself. This has got to STOP. I'm feeling more like 60 than 47 (or am I 46? Keeping track has fallen badly) I wish I had a 'buddy' in my area, so I may be challenged even more. Today I'm seriously going to keep a diet chart, as my 'doc' says my cholesteral is high. I am baffled by that because I don't eat meat, I hate fast food, hamburgers give me serious tummy aches, I'm the one choosing fish or pasta dishes in diningroom on our cruises while others eat their fabulous meat dishes, I choose sandwich and soup over fried foods at the buffet line on the cruises. Lots of coffee is my only downfall. Oh, and when the urge for chocolate arrises, I go out and buy a small jar of Nutella (skim milk, real cocoa) and a bag of ricecakes (no sodium, fat), then will have that as a snack. It will last me 3 days, then my chocolate urge is gone for at least a month.OK...got that out, ...this is long. NOW DO SOMETHING!

you cholesterol conundrum does sounds baffling... does high bad cholesterol run in your family? that might be why. It sounds like you eat pretty healthy, so maybe if you just exercise you'll feel even younger than your age :] wish you the best!
