Started keto 2 weeks ago, 7lbs down since! Kind of made banana bread .. kind of had some :( but I'm still barely technically in ketosis today. .6 was .9 yesterday. Got to do better today!
Haven't been walking in like a month :(. Joined a Stroller Strides workout mom group and hurt my back the first class so I was out 2 weeks for that, and the 2nd week I didn't have a car (bf's was in the shop). That's also when the heat wave started so I wasn't really wanting to walk in the heat with the baby. THEN California set fire, and it's not safe to be outside in the smoke for extended amounts of time. I don't want to take the baby out in that until that clears. I could workout at home, but who'mi kidding? I'm not going to lol. Walking was my outlet.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
