Walk only last night due to work, it was late didn't feel like getting in pool at 9:30. It was cooler, but still hot/humid if you got out of the breeze.

Muscle mass still holding, water still holding, blob is down slightly. I think this is actually doing what I want it to in its own weird way. Going to be a long, long week. We keep saying it's already only Tuesday. Going to set some reminders to get up and move. Calls all.day.long. Going to put a sticky on the monitor to remember to get some movement in on the calls where I'm a listener more than a talker.

Hung totally off the board last night for a full five minutes and started working on being able to curl up. That's an interesting exercise because you have to keep the board balanced at the same time so it doesn't flip back to the starting position. We'll call it extreme non-traditional core exercises because anything you do hanging by your literal toes is extreme and sounds cooler.

Deep breaths, and onward.

That should certainly work your core. Just remember to breathe at the right moment. I say this because I once hurt myself on a slanted sit up board. We don't want hernias!

Copy that. Hernias are not something I want to have to deal with.
