Walking today was SO much harder than yesterday my legs hurt so bad, shins super sensitive. Walking/jogging almost a mile still think I'm doing pretty good. I feel good about doing it and if it weren't for my husband I wouldn't have even jogged any of it. Keeping me motivated :) I think tomorrow ill either rest or casually walk to give my muscles a good rest.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
