Frustrating when you follow your WOE perfectly and yet no change on the scales. I know this is normal, but it's frustrating. I think it's my protein. Probably eating too much. Will try lowering it this week to see.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
