Well, I definitely could have gained more weight than I did, so I suppose that's a blessing, and I'm still below where I started. Most of the junk food has left my house, so I'm getting closer and closer to a junk free house. I was able to get some lettuce yesterday, so I'm looking forward to lots of salad :) But I'm looking forward to getting my Hip Hop Abs DVDs back, because I should hopefully be able to do them without hurting my ankle any more than it already is. I also bought a sport ankle brace to help keep my ankle where it should be :) I'm confident that my off and on again ankle issues will go away when I lose some weight!
203.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Even if you cannot workout healthy diet will defiantly get you losing weight. that is the hardest thing about it and, i shouldnt even call it a diet make it a life change, diets come and go you want this permanently. We do not have any foods in our place that are considered junk because those the ones you always want first, get a bunch of fruits and my favorite is broccoli. Just stay motivated and you will get there it takes time. I am 2 1/2 weeks away from finishing my first round of insanity then im doing T25. Stay with it dont hurt yourself anymore than you are. Remember getting fit is something that you do for yourself and you deserve it :)

Thanks guys! My ankle is being really tempermental, and really starts to hurt when I walk even short distances. If it doesn't feel better by Monday, I'll go to the doctor. Thanks for the advice though!
