I went camping and lost quite a bit of weight - I was sweating and working out and swimming and so I lost when I went. I was forced to exercise when I went camping (a good walk to and from the bathroom too) and so I lost maybe eight pounds. It stayed off too, I lost more the past three weeks. My advice - lots of water. A very light breakfast - I find if I eat a lot it just revs up my eating the rest of the day and no eating after 7 p.m. helps too.
