Getting ready to start next week, so I'm having some foods I know I'll have to forgo (like pizza) that have spiked my weight accordingly.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 14.0 lb a week

I was talking to a person who did the Weight Watchers program and they said that as far as they knew there was no 'support group' available other than the weekly meetings for those folks to consult with for advice or to get them through an occasional weak moment. That makes me appreciate even more something like this where you have the ability to chat with other people going through the same thing you experiencing whenever you feel like reaching out -- as opposed to waiting all week to share your experience at 'the meeting'.
