Fell way off and back to where I started but I'm ready to get back on the ball! Starting off with little steps. Still gonna have those gosh darn donuts every now and then but my plan is to stick to good portions and actually get some real exercise in.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
