I’ve been following fast 800 as much as possible for two weeks and lost 10 pounds. Great start to my new target weight loss.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1304 kcal Fat: 71.16g | Prot: 86.19g | Carb: 82.79g.   Breakfast: Tesco Pumpkin Seeds, Raspberries , Total 0% Greek Yoghurt. Lunch: Onions , Butternut Winter Squash , Tesco Carrot, Tesco Cucumber, Black Olives, Tesco Aubergine, Olive Oil , Smoked Mackerel. Dinner: Beef or Meat Gravy, Carrots, Green String Beans, Cooked Lentils, Beef Steak, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
