Day 1: A New Beginning.

Today I am fasting with water and jello after an outrageous weekend of sugar and dough binging. I feel awful. I feel fat. And I am back up to 172. Hopefully this fast will put me right back where I belong - in keto.
172.3 lb Lost so far: 27.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
