well,as long as I keep my carbs in check,right now losing little by little. Yesterday with a bit of willpower,went out had a souvlaki meal the meat and salad.Did not eat rice or fries.
Still lost one lb this morning.So I am pleased up
till now.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
