I had twins, 7 years ago! I only gained 45 pounds, but I can't take it off. I gained 80 lbs with my single son - I used weight watchers and the weight melted away. I've been working out, like a crazy person, power yoga, spin, running, boot camp. I've lost 15 pounds in a year! Are you kidding me? I'm going crazy. So I started to do something new, I am trying low carbs, low sugar, Jorge Cruise The belly fat cure. I read the book, followed his receipes and thought I'd lose 1/2 of what he promised. Which was 14 pounds in 14 days, I'm on day 7 and I've lost 2 pounds. Are you kidding me? Something's gotta give. I need some help. Anyone, please.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

On the bright side your losing weight, it's just coming off slowly. Two pounds in a week when it took you a year to get off 15 is pretty good. How many inches have you lost from working out? Do you keep track of your measurements? Are you tracking your food intake honestly? Are you drinking water? So many things factor in to weight loss such as your current weight, age, hormones, sex, genetics, etc. I wish I had something to tell you, but it might just take time to get it off. I was looking at Bob Harper's new book. He has a 3 week plan for people who want a jump start or who have a special event coming up. No one can actually promise you a certain number because every person is different. Start reading up on diet and nutrition. You might need to change things up till you find what works. It does get harder to lose as we get older, so building muscle is so important. You are very active, which is awesome. Stick out the next week and see what happens. If you have lost 5 pounds in two weeks, that will be pretty great. You are earning those pounds. Good luck!
