1/3 of the way to my goal weight AND broke a "decade" (160 lbs)!!! At this rate, by the end of the year I'll weigh considerably less than I did in high school. Woo-hoo for 5+2!!! :-D Everybody out there, if you're struggling, I'm telling you that if I, a complete diet moron, can do it, you can do it. It took me years and a lot of false starts, but I've finally found a diet that works for me, that I can do relatively easily, and that doesn't take much thought or make me anxious. I was too dumpy and unpopular to be a cheerleader in high school, but I'm grabbing a pair of virtual pom-poms and cheering for all of you!!!
