Down a little more, a little surprised. Back to work this week trying to figure out how I’m going to stay well in a building with 540 6-10 year olds. Trying not to eat/ drink my stress.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
