I need to be more consistent and focused. I plan to start preparing my weekly meals on a Sunday so I do not get stuck in the middle of the week when I do not have much free time. I have to start making a lot more progress, FOCUS & COMMITMENT
158.1 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week
