I try to look over what I did to give me a slight gain. Yesterday I. combined zucchini with cheese ground beef and sour cream. Later my daughter offered me a beef burrito and sweet pineapple drink from Taco Bell which I ate even though I wasn't hungry and didn't really like the burrito. Then I wad hungry before bed and had a piece of bread. So lots if carbs yesterday.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
