i'm a little disappointed with my current weight. i was hoping to lose more than this but i guess it will get better with time. it's a little discouraging when you expect so much and get so little. i hope the pounds will peel off soon.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's not just how much you eat but what you eat that can be important. Make sure you get enough protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies in your diet. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible. You need to think of food as fuel for your body. Also try to get in some form of exercise. Good luck!
