Still nada. I am going to do some serious exercise and low carbon/lower fat today to try and shake things up. I really wanted to be in the 150s before Thanksgiving.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
