I’m extremely excited to be in the 160’s, even if it’s the high 160’s. I am trying to keep my motivation high- I get overwhelmed thinking that I will be not be able to keep the weight off. I know long term weight loss is really hard. I feel like I will, for the rest of my life, have to weight and measure myself and my food.

I am trying to exercise 30 min on the elliptical or go for walks daily. It’s helped my mental health allot.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 169.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
