UP and down again this week... if I would just stick to eating raw foods and only a banana and water for breakfast - I would be doing so much better. Instead - after dropping the girls at VBS I hit the coffee shop for my blended beverage... probably at least 500 calories. UHG. I know I can do this - JUST FOR TODAY... i will make healthy food choices. I need to take one day/meal at a time... as soon as I finish this creamy caffeine goodness... ;)
171.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a weakness for Starbucks' peppermint mochas. I recently found that they have a "skinny" version that uses sugar free syrup & skim milk. While it's certainly not a healthy choice, it is at least better than the original version. Perhaps your coffee house has an alternative for your favorite so at least your special treat will only come with half the guilt :)

I know what you mean. Today I was in a hurry, so no lunch made. I stopped at Arby's, so instead of around 200 cals for lunch it was over 400. One day/meal at a time is a great way to work at this. :)
