The last week I have not been following the diet religiously and as a result, there is a weight gain,... I am soo sad.. I was not able to control my hunger or cravings.. I HAVE FAILED.. :'( I am very sad today..my weight has increased..Even after doing so much cardio and weight training. The last two days have been a roller coaster ride for me.. Ups and downs..eating and starving..guilt and happiness.. Guests and shopping has taken me down from my diet.. I WILL COMPENSATE THIS NEXT WEEK..I'M GONNA TRY HARDER AND HARDER.. GOD, HELP ME PLEASE!!
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey chill even I was 70 kilos from my usual 55 kilos due to pcos. I started my weight loss journey last july and now I am 62. Lost 8 kilos in a year but I notice even I hog a little more n dont do any exercise I dont easily put on weight. Thats coz mine is not just weight loss but real fat loss. I know the feeling of going mad when the machine shows more or same or even less by a kilo coz we wantu see a very small number :P but patience n persistence is the key. Let me know wat is pcos diet. I would like to follow.
