Up 1/2 a pound. But not unexpected after the amount of calories I consumed yesterday. Spike days are good every now and then. ^.^ Back on track this morning. Going to take full body pics and new measurements today. I'll post them later. I feel fully rested this morning too. Got plenty of sleep last night. :)

And tomorrow I have a wedding to go to. I'm really looking forward to it. :) Going to try and get to the gym this afternoon. And see if Jules will let me get a workout in. I at least want to walk/jog a mile.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'll be careful what I eat. :) My plans are turkey, mash potatos, and veggie trays. Oh and maybe a roll! ^.^ I'll compensate for the extra cals by having less snacks that day too.
