I am trying to decide where to go from here. I bumped in to a poesy (sp?) of ladies at work yesterday, right after I had weighed in BLUE. They were actually talking about such things (weight loss) and they asked me how it was going. Told them I hit the 30lbs off marker. They said I looked good (nice). I told them I was planning to lose about 15 more and they all said "no don't" ... you look good now. So now I am wondering.

I have looked at the healthy weight stuff, but I cannot imagine ever being that light (160lbs). I think that's too thin for my body type and I would look horrible.

Thoughts?

I would suggest going for another 10lbs and seeing how you feel and if you like the way you look. :D Great JOB buddy :)

Listen to you body it will tell you where it wants to weigh and feels happy and comfortable. You will know when it is right for you so have fun with the process as maintenance is pretty much more of the same except a few more calories:) TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!
