Yesterdays big day party doesn't seem to have hurt anything. In fact I had better elimination yesterday and this morning after which translates into weight loss.Won't do this every day but I have learned there is some room for diversion.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
