Postnatal Goals: 3 liters of aqua each day some form of exercise daily balanced meals fruit scratching and climbing toward 3 meals per day, at least (ugh)
I want to be the business in 18 months 135 by next bday muscular, athletic with a strong yoga body like a fitness instructor ready to chase a baby ready for occasional 10k sexy, youthful, strong want the body to be ready for some martial artistry among other things.
