was really hard to do my steps today.really hard
did 10100 steps Took forever and was really hot
.ay take tomorrow off.so schedule would be 3 days on then no walking then another 3 days..
Didnt skip breakfast small lunch and supper had chicken wings and tomatoes.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
