Today I did 10897 steps.Went to fruit store then grocery store
Carried 2 big bags of groceries one mile home Also had 2 big sausages for breakfast..
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
