I have been yoyo-ing up and down for a couple weeks now, so this weight will probably go back up a few lbs before I start the diet next week.

I'm trying to put together some type of shopping list from the recipes I've been able to find online here, but am having trouble deciphering how this information is organized. More study is required, apparently.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Do you have the book? What are you looking for, in particular? I am following the Extreme plan and haven't ready the Original Fat Smash book yet but for both, the initial weeks seem to be the same in the sense that it is forcused on whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of fruits, veggies, some brown rice, lentils, beans, egg whites, low or nonfat milk and yogurt. I hope that helps a little!

If you like soy products, then you are in luck. Tofu, soy milk, Soy yogurt were and still are the main staples of my diet and are all acceptable in this phase.

Thanks for the comments -- There is a BOOK ???!!! No wonder I'm not seeing the detailed food elements for each phase. I was going to go out and buy a bunch of beans and vegetables and just wing it...
