So whether the breakout is entirely accurate or not, the scale is going the wrong way and since I'm not getting my miles in, I'm going to have to focus on food. No biggie. Wearing fresh jeans this morning, they fit fine. Played with weights yesterday, too. Not a lot, just ten minutes or so while I was on a telecon. Just to keep my butt from falling asleep.

Interesting swim last night. Used the new paddles the entire time with no stops. Not beginner paddles with the current, could break the middle finger if form strays and where would I be in life if I couldn't communicate effectively? I like them, refreshing change, got my METs to 10.8, watch failed to count correctly with 33,172 strokes, but I counted 870 manually, so we'll go with that number, higher than last time which makes sense with shorter pulls. Observations, I swam fast the entire session, not sprint fast, but in the upper cardio/peak zone with heart rate touching 156 a couple of times. Something to watch (87%), especially with the adapter coming. Which is lost, BTW. So annoying. Might just order another and cancel the first one. Did a full reboot on the watch. Hope that fixes it.

does anyone else watch the ISS when it passes over? I got a pic of a plane, the ISS and the full moon last night. Kinda cool when you consider the moon is ancient, the plane was probably a 737 and the ISS is some 20 years old if I recall (the technology is older, but they refresh constantly). You can barely see the ISS due to clouds and light conditions, but I did watch it tracking across the sky. App is Sky Guide for notifications. I've also seen the Hubble. Edit: you can't see the ISS at all in the pic. It just doesn't capture with the clouds. It was there though.
