I had No weigh loss during this week. When l look back i understand why this happened. I did not consider my low carb diet. I hope by friday i make a chage in this situation.😊
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
