Finally Friday, honestly, I'm kinda exhausted mentally. lot of stuff going on. next.

Good swim last night, but my strokes are short about 300 from what I counted myself, so not sure what's going on. I probably need to re-pair the watch to my phone since there was an update last week and I've had two faulty reads in a couple of days. We'll post the numbers anyways. 505 strokes * 10.6METs (this feels right, I worked) average heart rate in mid 140's. *I counted 810, it's like I lost a whole set. there was some issue with BT last night, too, so who knows. I'm buying a "limiter" for my snorkel that will halve my oxygen intake. why? to work harder in the same space. It'll be an interesting experiment, but the reviews are good and they liken it to high altitude training. I've also been doing some breathing exercises when I'm sitting in the bubbles after. Put on some formerly tight shorts this morning, they're baggy, that's nice. Hoping to make it through the summer without buying anything new. Maybe I'll make some more cutoffs and hem them. I always enjoy that moment of fear when I cut the legs off a pair of pants and then it's over.

Anyone else getting barraged with ads for a $250 jump rope? Nope to whoever thinks I'm going to buy that. I have an extra dog leash that'll work just fine and is already paid for.

Ordering groceries today. I'm thinking about getting a couple salad kits this time to mix things up. Unless they're expensive, then I'll make my own.
