went out late did 8077 steps 3 k.got stuck in thunderstorm. had to take bus home
had supper salmon,cucumber,asparagus.
Fat bomb coming up!
212.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
