Well, Weight Watchers alternative days does not work for me. I eat too much inbetween, but may be useful to remember for maintaining. Weight Watchers every day instead is much more effective.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
