Still learning adkins and this time I really want to do this . Its hard but I will I am determined . I have let my self go to long and if I don't I will be going down the same path that my mom did . An the way I look its going that way . I started 5 days ago and was 168 so it looks like I am doing the diet right . From what some have told me I still need to tweek a few things. Like I ate some sausage and thought it was ok well no it had some sugar in the ingredients . So I will have to try harder to reading labels .

Hi! Good for you to have lost the weight you have. You will probably have to tweak things as time goes by. I did but allowed myself sausages! I don't know which would be easier for you. To start out stricter than strict or to not be so strict and tighten up as needed. I did the latter. I lost about 70# and have maintained for 5 yrs. I want to say lifhten up on yourself until you need to do the tweaks but you know you best. With 32# yrt to go you may not lose as fast as you'd like but since this is a lifestyle and not a diet it will happen.Good luck!!
