Reached my July goal on Apple Watch 110.6 miles run/ran? Lol or walked and it’s just the 25th. I’ll beat it and then some.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
