Did extremely well, moved off my fast diet and paid particular attention to weighing food so what i record is what I consumed. interesting that I cut my intake down by 40%, cut out all biscuits and exersised twice daily having one rest day. All that and a great result. good discipline, did not feel hungry and did not crave for anything. Heading to meet my goal of losing 6lbs in three weeks, third of the way there, yahoo.
