Good swim last night, needed the stress release. Night swimming, because I like it. 873 strokes, 9.2 METs because I didn't turn off the watch when I stopped, it ran an extra 6 minutes. If I was going to guess, it would have been 10.3 because I worked, but I wasn't panting when I stopped. That also screwed up my average heart rate which appears to be closer to mid 140s when I was swimming rather than 130s. Happens, life goes on. At least I turned the watch on. I hate it when I forget that.

Skin is a mess, I cut off all my nails yesterday, and wore gloves last night so I can't tear myself up when I sleep. That said, this could be way worse. I have to remind myself of that. Other than being itchy, I don't feel bloated or huge, so that part of it all is as good as it can be. If I'm repeating myself, consider it self-soothing and ignore.

Looking at the numbers below, muscle is still up and holding. Swim was really strong, so I'm going to claim that as a win. Blob is also holding, so need to be exceptionally mindful going forward and work on pushing it back. Not sure about the bone mass reading going up. App is saying water weight is up today which makes sense. Scales are annoying, but data is useful. As long as the pants fit, right?

Yes! As long as the pants fit! 💪🏻🦵🏻 I’m so sorry you have this eczema problem. My son had such a severe case when he was a few weeks old. He scratched his face so deep even with his nails cut that he has a scar to this day and he’s 18! We tried everything. It’s not easy to cope. He was crying a lot in agony. I pity you. Do you cry? 😂😂 Had too ask haha! 😉 He kinda grew out of it into food allergies which I came to learn when he was a few years old that the two conditions are closely involved. Do you have food allergies also? I’m curious. He hasn’t flared up except for a small patch on his leg or foot during the winter months for a long time. Thank God!!! As someone who knows the agony, I used to also get it on my eyelids every winter, it is torturous. Hang in there. Praying your skin feels better Kat, I really do. ❤️🙏

I cope better as an adult because i know what to do and not do. Mostly not touch and not pick which is really hard.
