Down another 1/2 pound today. I'm now at a total loss of 30lbs! :D Had a great week for weightloss. 6.5lbs from last Thursday. I haven't exercised much more than I usually do, and my diet isn't much different. Just a cup or two more of green tea every day. So not sure what the cause is. Though I do like it! ^.^ lol.

Got a pair of dress pants yesterday. They're a size 24. And I've been in a size 22 in jeans for awhile now. They fit pretty good, but not sure how long that will last. :P They don't really have much stretch to them, and the waist is very loose, they fit in the hips, and are again slightly loose around my thighs. But they'll be comfortable to drive and spend the day in. I had 3 options for shirts, but 2 of them really make me look bigger and hide me instead of showing my shape.

Also while we were shopping yesterday, we bumped into my hair dresser and was talking about me and my sister's weightloss. And what are plan is for diet and exercise. Apparently we were overheard, and were stopped outside the store by two ladies who wanted to know what we were doing to lose weight. And I told them Healthy eatting and exercise. And that I keep track using FS. :) They actually called me an inspiration, and it really made my day. :D Also got called an inspiration this morning when I reported that I was down 30lbs on facebook. I guess the more I lose the more I'll get asked about it.

Plans for today: Walk at the park, laundry(it never ends), and cleaning my car out. I might try and get more cardio in later, but not sure how that will go. :/ We'll see.

I hope all my buddies are having good days too. :)
277.5 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
