ok 2 pounds this week. I had to cheat yesterday, My husband invited his boss for supper, I took very small portion,but had to eat what i made. Lasagna, Tortellini,Veal Marsala, Potatoes,grilled vegetables and salad.Yesterday was a write off. Well time to buck up and have a super good diet week. Just like an alcoholic one day at a time, loll
170.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
