Gonna try skipping pill today and maybe tomorrow and see how sleep/ energy gies... Insomnia is an understatement! I slept about 4-6 hours last night but didn't go to bed until 5 and only slept 30 mins inn the 45 hours before that!!
Forcing myself to eat more but probably mal nourished. Last night unnoticed very vision and had dizziness throughout the day. Past few weeks poor impulse control. Hard to tell what is from medication, what is from stress, what is possibly health related, and what is a combo! In the plus side weight keeps dropping an I finally caved and bought some pants and tops lol. Anothe or positive is less sweaty an maybe more productive since I have more awake hours lol
