I have been eating healthy and exercising almost daily however I have gained weight instead of losing it. I've decided to focus on the facts that I am working on it and I feel good. :)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well if your muscles are not used to the new exercise, they retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight.
