Ate more strawberries than I probably should have last night...didn't drop much weight, but that's ok. Will keep with the plan. Need to do my best to avoid alcohol this weekend...I think staying active will be key. Going to set the following goals:
1) Take the nieces and nephew for a hike Thurs morning
2) Do yoga on Fri
3) Walk through the park/4 mi on Sat

I think increasing activity will be key to weight loss from here on...
161.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
