My official weight yesterday was 128.8kg.

I didnt follow things 100% this last week and I blame Loadshedding and the cold front. lol. Next week will be better.

284.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 8.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.2 lb a week
