Yesterday was up in middle of night so didn't wake until almost 11am. Kinda lost yesterday. Today is a new day . I plan to clean my madter bath today and maybe my bedroom. I want to intermittent fast until about 2 pm. I have cooked beef, green beans and broth to make a tasty soup. I have canned chicken and maybe canned tuna and a bit of frozen vegetables-broccoli cauliflower summer squash carrots. I may also have some frozen leftover pea soup.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
